Georgian nationals who have excellent command of the official language and foreign language and given their personal and professional qualities as well as education background and health conditions are able to fulfill their duties are accepted to work for the GIS.
Grounds why a person can be denied to work for the GIS:
a) Criminal record
b) Alcoholism, drug-addiction, abuse of toxic substances, psychological or other severe chronic diseases
c) Court decision declaring a citizen as having a limited legal capacity or receiving support, if the court decision does not rule otherwise
d) d) Any other ground as defined by a legal act of the Head of the GIS
